Our process:

If you are sending us your clothing or outdoor gear from outside of Calgary then please do the following: 

• Be sure to fill out the , including your detailed instructions to us stating what the problem is and what repairs you require.
• If you require a quote on the repairs prior to the work proceeding please be sure to note it and we will call you and quote the price.
• Credit Card payment information can be made by phone once we receive the items or you can pay online by choosing the appropriate services needed.
• You pay for the shipping to get your repairs to us and we will pay for the return shipping to you
